So many of us have encountered difficult times during the course of this pandemic. If you, a friend, or family member is in need of assistance as a result of COVID-19, please visit Arizona Together. The website offers information on how to access and apply for many different types of assistance, including financial, employment, homeowner, renter, or homeless support, food and meals, healthcare, utility services, children, family, and business.
3. Information You Need: A reminder on grief and available resources
So many of us have experienced loss during the pandemic. Big or small, these losses are incredibly difficult. Dr. Mary-Frances O’Connor, an Associate processor in the department of Psychology at the University of Arizona, answered a few important questions related to grieving during the pandemic.
