AzCHOW

AzCHOW is a statewide organization of community-based advocates. AzCHOW provides an opportunity for Community Health Workers (CHWs) to speak with a collective voice, and has been advocating for the work of CHWs in Arizona since 2001.

AzCHOW provides an opportunity for Community Health Workers (CHWs) to develop a collective voice in addressing relevant CHW workforce issues. Our key focus is uniting CHWs of all disciplines in building CHW capacity to address CHW workforce policy and sustainability issues that impact our professional development and our capacity to meet the needs of the communities we serve. AzCHOW creates partnerships to build upon organizational capacities and strengths while serving the under-served and at-risk population within our state, as well as addressing relevant political and policy issues.
